Day 269: Prepared for Porn

Our porn class wasn't in our normal room today so Constance asked me to post a sign up on the door. I didn't have any paper or tape so I just used the chalkboard. I really wanted to write "PORN IN POLLOCK" but that probably would have raised some eyebrows for the economics class after ours.

Day 268: Tramposo

I have to type in "cheater" into a spanish/english translator to get the title for today's post. There was no way I would have recordared this cultural esayuno para mi examen so I took a fotographia of it. But it wasn't even on it. 

Day 267: Never Ending Rainbow

I would have taken a picture of the entire thing but my phone camera wouldn't let me. This shits on double rainbows.

Day 266: Fully Equipped

For the first time since I bought it, my camera back pack has been completely utilized. I was shooting a music video for the band "The AV8rs" for their song "Island Fever". It was directed by Brent and Kyle and was my first gig as a cinematographer while not being a director as well. Allison let me borrow her 7d to shoot it and we rented a couple lenses including a 50mm 1.4 (perfect for the campfire scene) and a Tokina 11-17mm. It was a great experience.

Day 265: Tomfoolery

This is why UCSB is amazing. The college embraces what it is and comments on itself. Great job Creative Studies

Day 264: My Professors Are a Bunch of Clowns

Shot the introductory Reel Loud film today with Ryan, Annie, Nadia, and Sahar. Basically made all the film faculty dress up in circus costumes and make fools out of themselves. Charles Wolfe does a mean invisible tight rope walk.

Day 263: Bobbi Star and Kimberly Kane

More porn stars in the porn class today. We were lucky enough to have two A-lister porn stars, Bobbi Star and Kimberly Kane, come in as well as two huge porn directors, Lee Roy Myers, the porn parody king and Sam Haim, the porn drama master.

Bobbi and Kim were very informative and personal as well as nice to look at (I got to mike Kimberly Kane). But Lee Roy Myers controlled the night with his Producer/Director insight. I asked him about how humor and comedy is such a huge part of pron and he said, "People want to do two things in life: laugh and orgasm." Good point Lee.
