About 20 days ago I got this ticket for having expired tags on the meat wagon. I have tried to pay over and over again but apparently officer Nielsen of the Santa Barbara County Sberiff's Department is an incompetent piece of shit because she didn't enter the ticket into the website or phone service. I love how stupid cops are.
