Being Sunday, IV Halloween was more local than the previous two nights. This was a huge sigh of relief to the locals but the cops were still in full force. Best costume of the weekend: Storke Tower.
I've heard its illegal to take photos or videos of cops when they are on duty. So I thought I'd try it out. I guess you can get away with some stuff on Halloween in Isla Vista.
